Bac Giang DOFA provides translation of updated administrative procedures of Natural resources and Environment sector, the provincial Industrial Zones Authority in English, Chinese and Japanese
Implementing the plan No.39/KH-SNgV dated 20/7/2020 of the Department of Foreign Affairs on collecting and translating legal supporting documents, providing legal information to foreign investors in 2020, The foreign Information and Services Center (belong to the department) has translated the updated set of administrative procedures related to the fields of: Environmental Resources and Industrial Zones Authority in 03 languages inlcuding English, Chinese, Japanese.
Department of Foreign Affairs provides the updated set of administrative procedures related to the fields of Natural Resources and Environment and Industrial Zones Authority as follows:
1. The English, Japanese and Chinese versions of the Natural Resources and Environment sector
2. The English, Japanese and Chinese versions of the Industrial Zones Authority
The translation of legal supporting documents helps foreign businesses easily access, timely and fully grasp legal documents of Vietnam as well as of the province related to investment and business activities, land, natural resources and environment for proper and effective implementation. The original documents in Vietnamese are accurately translated into 03 common languages of English, Japanese and Chinese, which will create favorable conditions for foreign investors to directly read, learn and execute in Vietnam in general and Bac Giang province in particular without interpreters to avoid misunderstanding, help them be more proactive and confident in investment and business development in Bac Giang.
This is also an important step in the transparency of information, documents and regulations of Bac Giang province in order to improve the provincial competitiveness index (PCI) by 2020.
