On 28^th December 2015, The Board of Provincial Standing Committee issued the Regulations on unified management of foreign affairs of Bac Giang province.

Regulation specifies leadership and management principles against foreign affairs,   working process; coordination Dầu dừa mechanisms and responsibilities to solve the issues related to the external activities of Bac Giang province in accordance with the Decision No. 272-QD / TU dated  21^st January 2015 of the Politburo on issuing the Regulations on unified management of foreign affairs.

The Regulations on unified management of foreign affairs of Bac Giang province has come into force since 28^th December 2015

This regulation will be applied to the Board of Provincial Standing Party Buồn nôn Committee, Standing People's Council Committee, Provincial People's Committee; departments, the agencies and organizations under the Executive Party committees at all levels; the provincial Fatherland Front and the political  - social and occupational organizations; agencies and units under the Provincial People's Councils and  People's Committees at all levels; agencies, units of local armed forces and Central agencies located in the province; the leaders and staff of the agencies and organizations mentioned above.

Regarding the principles on unified leadership and management sap vuot toc of foreign affairs, it must ensure the compliance with the guidelines and regulations of the Party, Constitutions and Laws of the Government in foreign affairs. Strengthen the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the guidelines of the Provincial People's Committee aiming to unified management and effective implementation the guidance and policies of the Party and the Government. Ensure close collaboration in foreign affairs among authorities of the provincial Party, government and people-to-people external relations; among political, Máy xay giò chả economic and cultural external relations; between external activities and national defense and security; between external information and information of Vietnam and province. Effectively deal with overseas Vietnamese affairs. It is also a must to assign joint responsibility to related agencies, organizations and individuals and encourage their initiative in implementation of foreign affairs. Ensure proper guidance, Ắc quy xe máy supervision and cost saving in implementation of foreign affairs. External activities must be carried out in accordance with the annual approved plan and ensured the regular progress report and consultation according to current regulations.

This Regulation has come into force since 28^th December 2015.
