Towards the 45th founding anniversary of the Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties (21/9/1973-21/9/2018), the Department of Foreign Affairs of Bac Giang province has coordinated with the Industrial Zones Authority to to visit and give gifts to the Japanese enterprises operating in the province. These are enterprises with large investment capital, effective business and enormous contributions to the socio-economic development of the locality.

At the companies, the Foreign Affairs Department leader gave flowers to congratulate and asked after the production and business situation of the enterprise. In addition, he would like to seek difficulties and problems facing the businesses during their operation in the province.

Representatives of the enterprises expressed their delight to receive the attention of Bac Giang province on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties. In recent years, they have received a lot of support from Bac Giang provincial People's Committee. Besides, the enterprises highly appreciated the province's human resources.

Currently, Bac Giang province is home to 23 investment projects of Japanese enterprises with a total registered capital of 217.12 million USD, mainly located in the industrial zones. Although the number of projects and registered capital of Japanese investors investing in Bac Giang is still low compared to other countries and territories such as Korea and China, their capital disbursement progress and efficiency over the years is quite high. Japanese investment projects have contributed to the socio-economic development of the province, especially in the economic restructuring, job creation, labor productivity enhancement, modern technological acquisition and management experience.
