Bac Giang province and Vietnam Airlines sign comprehensive cooperation program in 2022-2026 period
In the afternoon of August 24, 2022, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee of Bac Giang province Le Anh Duong hosted the signing ceremony of the comprehensive cooperation program between the People's Committee of Bac Giang province and Vietnam Airlines Corporation (Vietnam Airlines) for the period of 2022-2026.

At the meeting, Mr. Le Anh Duong briefed the guests on the province's economic development, potentials and strengths; Bac Giang's outstanding achievements in socio-economic development in recent years, especially in the field of industrial development and investment attraction. In 2022, Bac Giang is one of the first four provinces to be approved by the Prime Minister of the Provincial Master Plan for the period of 2021 - 2030 with a vision to 2050.

Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee and Vietnam Airlines Corporation signed a comprehensive cooperation program. Accordingly, both sides will research products on routes and tourist attractions; coordinate in organizing educational, cultural and sports, tourism, investment and commercial events at national and regional scales; develop support policies, products and services and prioritize effective use of partners' products and services; strengthen image promotion, aiming to be strategic partners for long-term development. The comprehensive cooperation between the two parties is based on the principle of voluntariness and mutual benefit with the spirit of support, ensuring synchronization and professionalism and bringing the highest efficiency.

Previously, at the business trip of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to the United States in May 2022, representatives of Bac Giang province and Vietnam Airlines Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Vietnam in the United States (VENUSA) and Emission Resource Group INC Company (ERG) on cooperation to promote the consumption of lychee and other key and typical products of Bac Giang province in the US market in the period of 2022-2025 .
