The governmental Decree No. 118/2015 / NĐ-CP on detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the Law on Investment begins to take effect from December 27, 2015.

Accordingly, the Decree guides the implementation of these following contents: (1) application, control and announcement thiết kế nội thất khách sạn of investment conditions, (2) the measures ensuring proper investment; (3) investment incentives; (4) investment procedures; (5) carrying out investment projects and (6) state management on investment.

This Governmental Decree replaces the Governmental Decree No. 108/2006 / ND-CP dated September 9, 2006 on detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the Law on Investment.

There are some new articles in the Decree which create more hoa phat favorable conditions for foreign investors i.e. investment procedures in the form of capital contribution and stake purchase in which foreign investors do not have to request for Certificate of investment registration. Economic organizations with capital contribution or stake purchase of foreign investors do not have to follow neither the procedures for issuing and amending the investment registration certificate nor decision of investment for projects implemented by the time foreign investors contributed with capital and share.

Besides, there are some separate articles on disclosure of investment conditions for foreign investors. Accordingly, the related authorities are responsible for reviewing and collecting all businesses and investment conditions for foreign investors and publish these gôm sáp vuốt tóc information on the National portal on foreign investment.
