Bac Giang DOFA establishes team to receive information related to COVID-19 pandemic from foreigners in Bac Giang province

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DOFA) has just issued Decision No.72/QD-SNgV on the establishment of the Foreigners' Information Receiving Team (the team to receive information from foreigners) 24/24 on COVID-19 pandemic in Bac Giang province.
The information receiving team is responsible for receiving information from foreigners about the COVID-19 pandemic in Bac Giang province. Each member must be on phone duty all the time to receive information, opinionsand requests of foreigners living and working in the province; provide guidance and support for initial support in an emergency situations and promptly report to DOFA leaders to resolve and advise on solving problems in the prevention of COVID-19 for foreigners. This team consists of 04 public officials who are good at foreign languages serving as contact persons in English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese.
