The latest regulation on Representative Office and Branch of foreign traders in Vietnam
From March 10, the government Decree No. 07/2016/ND-CP is taken into effect. This Decreed was signed on January 25 by the Government regulating the details of the commercial law on representative office and branch of foreign traders in Vietnam.

The decree includes 6 chapters, 47 articles regulating clearly subjects, dossier items, procedures and duration to issuance, re-issuance, adjustment and extension of establishment license of representative offices, branches as well as other articles related to operation or terminating operation of representative offices, branches and responsibilities of governmental authorities lắp đặt điều hòa tại bắc ninh towards activities of these representative offices, branches of foreign traders in Vietnam.
Accordingly, foreign dealers established and granted business license under law of nations and territories attending international treaties that Vietnam is a member or recognized by the law of these nations and territories are permitted to establish representative offices or branches in Vietnam. Related procedures to establish representative offices or branches in industrial zones, processing zones, economics sửa chữa điều hòa tại bắc ninh zones or high-tech development zones will be approved by the authorities of such zones; others will be carried out by department of industry and commerce of the provinces and municipalities of Vietnam where the representative offices are situated. Ministry đất đồng nai of Industry and Commerce will be responsible for approving procedures relevant to branches of foreign traders.
