YWAM presents gifts to Bac Giang’s poor students
The Youth With a Mission Organization (YWAM) collaborated with the People’s Committee of Bao Son commune, Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province to present gifts to needy students in the commune on 9 August.

YWAM presented 129 sets of gifts including book-bags and school supplies to the students, each worth 350,000 VND (15 USD). YWAM is an international organization working in more than 100 countries and territories.
This organization was established and came into operation in Vietnam since 1998 focusing on poverty alleviation, agricultural and integrated rural development and assisting needy students.
YWAM started their assistance projects in Bac Giang since 2003 including the programs of presenting gifts and scholarships to students in the communes of Bac Lung, Kham Lang and Bao Son, Luc Nam district. These programs help to encourage children to overcome their difficulties in life and achieve high academic results.
