Steps for implementing:

- Step 1: Investors shall submit set of documents terminating their activities at the OSS - Bac Giang Industrial Zones Authority.

- Step 2: The Industrial Zones Authority shall receive documents and record the termination of operation of investment projects.

How to apply: Apply directly at the OSS - Bac Giang Industrial Zones Authority Required documents and number of the sets of documents a) Required documents: - In case of self-determination of termination of an investment project’s operation as regulated in Point a, Clause 1, Article 48, Investment Law: + The decision on termination of the investment project’s operation; + Investment Registration Certificate (original); - In case of termination of an investment project’s operation in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract, the charter of enterprise or the end of operation duration of the investment project (regulated in clauses b and c, clause 1, Article 48, Investment Law): + Notification of the investor; + Certificate of investment registration (original) + Charter or contract in case of charter or contract recording the termination of the investment project’s operation. b) Number of sets of documents: 01 original Time limit: 15 working days from the receiving date of the valid document The objects implementing administrative procedure: Investors (individuals and organizations) terminate their operation under one of following cases: + The investor decides to terminate the operation of the investment project; + The investment project terminates its operation according to the enterprise's charter or contract; + The project has expired. 3 Fees, duties: N/A Requirements and conditions for implementation of administrative procedure: providing valid documents as per required. Legal basis of - Investment Law No.67/2014/QH13 dated 26/11/2014 of the National Assembly; - Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP dated 12/11/2015 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Investment Law; - Circular No.16/2015/TT-BKHDT dated 18/11/2015 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment stipulating forms of implementation of investment procedures and reports on investment activities in Vietnam.
