The order of execution:

- Step 1: Individuals and organizations shall submit fully and valid dossiers to the request-receiving and result-notifying section - Bac Giang Industrial Zones Authority:

+ Time of reception: The morning from 7h30 to 11h00, the afternoon from 14h00 to 16h00, from Monday to Friday weekly.

+ Form of reception: The dossier-receiving and result-processing agency's staff shall check dossiers, if the dossiers are sufficient as prescribed, the dossier receipts (with the date of appointment) shall be handed over to the organizations. Provide additional guidance if the application is incomplete as required.
- Step 2:

+ The dossier receiving and returning result-receiving sections shall be transferred to the labor management sections according to regulations.

+ The Labor Management Department shall organize the inspection and consultancy on appraisal opinions on the dossiers of application for labor licenses, then submit them to the leaders of the sections in charge of consideration and decision.

+ After getting the decision of the leaders of the management board, the Labor Management Department shall advise the leadership in charge of signing the work permit. In case of refusal to grant a labor permit, the Labor Management Department shall advise the head of the signatory department in writing the reply and clearly state the reasons therefor.

+ The Labor Management Department shall transfer the work permit or written reply to the request-receiving and result-notifying section.

- Step 3: Individuals and organizations present the appointment letter, pay the fee and receive the results at the OSS. Time to return results: Morning from 7:30 to 11:00, afternoon from 14:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday every week.
